Please note, the minimum order must exceed 15,00 Euro.
Product Selection
The customer may select and assemble the order from the items listed on the ZITERDES web site. Each item contains a description on the web site. The customer can "click" on the product and it will enter virtual shopping cart. At the end of the ordering process, the customer will see the list of items and the total amount, which includes the German VAT (Value Added Tax / Sales Tax). The customer can submit the order to ZITERDES and he/she will receive a confirmation from ZITERDES.
Revocation Policy
The customer may return the goods without notifying us within a 2 week period. The 2 week time period begins when the goods are arrive at the final destination. We will not pay for the return shipment for goods below a 40,00 Euro total. If the return shipment is larger than maximum conditions set by the post office, we kindly ask you to inform us prior to the return shipment. Prices

Order Processing
ZITERDES will begin to process your order within 24 to 48 hours with exception to holidays.
Delivery
We will process your order within 2 to 8 working days upon receival of your order. The shipment will take 1 to 3 working days within Germany. Foreign country shipment are estimated from 4 to 13 working days.
Backorders
If an item is in backorder, we may decide to send a partial shipment. This only applies if it is economical for ZITERDES. The shipping fee must be paid in advance. Please indicate "no backorders" on your order if you wish to avoid this situation.
Shipping Fees:
A shipment within Germany costs 5,00 Euro per order. The shipping fee outside of Germany will depend on the country of destination. Please inform us if you wish to use an alternative shipper or shipping service.

Payment Conditions
The ZITERDES manufacturers suggested retail price includes the German Value-Added-Tax (VAT). We will issue a proforma-invoice and the ordered goods will be reserved for 2 weeks. Please do not send any checks with your order or without a proforma-invoice. ZITERDES will forward an invoice with shipment. The payment in the full amount must be submitted and approved before the departure of the shipment. All invoices are under advance payment conditions and our customers may use of the following payment methods: Wire transfer to our German bank account or VISA credit card. All fees are to be paid by the payee.

Return Policy & Damaged Goods
Do not return the damaged items immediately. Please use your invoice as a reference and contact us by telephone, post. If the goods are damaged we will issue a Freeway address label from the German Post (Deutsche Post) and you may use this to return the goods free of charge. The Freeway address label is valid within the borders of the European Union (EU).
The manufacturers warranty is based on the EU §§ 433 ff. BGB rule. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and the product cannot be changed from its original delivery form. ZITERDES reserves the right to decide whether a product should be repaired, exchanged or to determine whether product falls under the warranty.
National Emergency or Natural Disaster
In the case of a national emergency, natural disaster or war ZITERDES will not be held responsible for any service delays. If the emergency period exceeds one month, the customer is entitled to withdraw their order.
